Shipping Information

All items available on SvgZap.com are digital downloads — no physical products will be shipped. Once your payment is successfully processed and cleared, you will be able to download your purchased digital files immediately.

Accessing Your Files

After completing your purchase, you’ll be directed to your Account, where you can download your files from the Download Link in the left-hand menu. On the download page, the download button is highlighted in purple — simply click it, and your download will start.

You will also receive an email receipt with the download link. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may occasionally end up there.

Unzipping Your Files

Our files come in a zipped folder. To access the individual files, you’ll need to unzip the folder after downloading it. On Windows and Mac, you can do this by double-clicking the zipped folder or right-clicking it and selecting “Extract Here” (Windows only).

For mobile devices like Android phones, iPhones, and iPads, you’ll need a file extraction app. You can find unzip apps on both the App Store and Google Play.

Missing SVG File?

Every design includes an SVG file. Sometimes, the SVG file adopts the icon of the browser you used to download it — for example, it may show the Microsoft Edge icon. Despite the appearance, the file will work perfectly.

To confirm the SVG file, check the file name — it will end with .svg. If you still can’t locate or access the SVG, please reach out, and I’ll send the file directly to your email.

Using Files Without a Cutting Machine

Absolutely! If you don’t have a cutting machine, you can still use the PNG files for iron-on transfers, paper printing, and other creative projects. Be sure to adjust your printer settings for the correct print size before printing.

SVG Display Issues in Cricut Design Space

Occasionally, Cricut Design Space may show black-filled areas in parts of an SVG design (like letter loops). If this happens, please refer to the troubleshooting guide on SvgZap.com — it provides three quick and easy solutions.

If the issue persists, the files may have been corrupted during download. Please contact me, and I’ll resend the files directly to your email.

Using Our Designs for Commercial Purposes

Yes! You’re welcome to use our designs on up to 100 physical items per design. A license and copyright details are included in the zip folder with your order. If you plan to sell more than 100 items, please contact me for a Commercial License Upgrade.

Important: You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any form. Additionally, you cannot upload or sell these designs on print-on-demand websites like Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Teespring, Spreadshirt, or similar dropshipping platforms.
